30 Minute Guarantee

Here at Suntree Internal Medicine, we know, and more importantly VALUE, the importance of your time.

That's why we've taken the steps to insure that you will NEVER wait in our lobby for more than 30 minutes to be taken back, and getting your care underway. Unfortunately, emergencies do happen, but if you are ever forced to wait longer than 30 minutes, please tell your Doctor and they will make sure that you receive a free $25 dollar gift card as our apology to you.

DISCLAIMER: The 30 minute guarantee counts from your scheduled appointment time. Example: if you check in at 12:45PM for a 1PM appointment, we guarantee you will be taken back by 1:30PM (not 1:15PM). If you are late for your appointment (measured by the time you sign in), you are ineligible for the 30-minute wait guarantee. Also, all appointments made the same day are excluded from the 30-minute guarantee. We appreciate your understanding. Due to the need for paperwork to be filled out, as well as insurance verification, this guarantee does not apply for new patients, or the first visit of a calendar year. Your Doctor must be notified during that same appointment in order to receive the gift card at your next scheduled appointment.
